• Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated

Two Bedroom Apartment
Available with one queen zip bed and one king zip bed or four single beds. The Two Bedroom Apartment features two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, fully self-contained designer kitchen, unique and private glass enclosed balconies with sliding windows, daily mini-room servicing, 24 hour reception, concierge, personal safe, broadband connection and fully self-contained laundry facilities.

Three Bedroom Apartment
Available with two queen zip beds and one king zip bed or six single beds. The Three Bedroom Apartment  features two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, additional powder room, fully self-contained designer kitchen, unique and private glass enclosed balconies with sliding windows, daily mini-room servicing, 24 hour reception, concierge, personal safe, broadband connection and fully self-contained laundry facilities.

Sub Penthouse
Truly the most luxurious rooms at Q1 Resort & Spa these open plan apartments start from 247m2 are all located from level 60 and above with spectacular views of the Gold Coast .  Available  with a king size bed and 2 queen zip beds or four single beds. The sub-penthouses each feature three bathrooms, two with a spa bath, an additional powder room, fully self-contained designer kitchen, unique and private glass enclosed balconies with sliding windows, daily mini-room servicing, 24 hour reception, concierge, personal safe, broadband connection and fully self-contained laundry facilities.
