Set on a beautiful Southern Highlands estate, an hour and a half south of Sydney, Peppers Manor House provides deluxe accommodation and an experience of life and leisure at a grand country house. In keeping with the heritage of this charming historic family home originally built in 1926, all accommodation rooms at Peppers Manor house reflect the ambience and character of an intimate country retreat.

Guests have a choice of various styles of accommodation, the décor is stylish, rich and full of character befitting its Southern Highlands location. Peppers Manor House has 41 elegantly appointed rooms and suites and you will find this accommodation located in the main house, in the adjacent garden wing and in self-contained cottages.

Our award-winning Katers Restaurant and bar offers fine dining and gourmet cuisine serving fresh local produce and wines. During winter an open fire burns continually in the guest lounge. And in summer, meals are served in a leafy courtyard, with drinks by the pool.

Choose from a round of golf at the 18-hole championship Mount Broughton Golf and Country Club, play a game of tennis, boules or lawn bowls, be rejuvenated with a bushwalk or a gentle stroll around the beautiful gardens. Cottage Rooms
The contemporary Cottage Room features a king bed or twin configuration with ensuite. This room interconnects to a Cottage Suite. A wide covered verandah offers views over the surrounding rural landscape.

Cottage Suite
Our modern Cottage Suites feature king bed or twin configuration, ensuite (shower only) and a separate lounge area. This suite can interconnect to a Cottage Standard. Relax on the verandah and take in the views of the surrounding countryside.

Main House Room
These individually decorated and uniquely styled rooms are situated upstairs from the Great Hall in the estate’s original homestead section.

Garden Wing Room
Located adjacent to the main house in the two-storey Garden Wing, the rooms are decorated in classical country style.

Cottage Wing Spa Suites
Situated upstairs in the Garden Wing, these spacious suites have bathrooms with spa bath and shower.

Elizabeth Broughton Suite
Located upstairs in the Main House and offering stunning views over the golf course and estate, the suite consists of two sunrooms, one bedroom, a lounge room including a formal dining area and a bathroom with shower and spa bath.
